A post by Nadia: Snorkeling

On this trip, I have done a lot of snorkeling. I always try to find good snorkeling spots. The good places are crystal clear water near rocks. I've seen a  baby jellyfish, a sea slug, and lots of fish. They are very colorful. I'm scared of sea urchins and there are a lot of them. I just learned how to go under water when you snorkel. You have to remember to always blow out when you come up.  

I love to snorkel out to this floating raft in the sea by our house on Golfo Aranci where we are now staying.  I like to do front hand springs and flips off of it. 

Lucas and I always scout out spots that are good for snorkeling. Lucas touched a sea anemone under water once. 

 

We usually start our day with a morning swim.  It always cools us down and wakes us up.
